WORLD WE HAVE

If I ever get injured in the wilderness

Going to use those cobwebs

- I learned that

On the Internet

But I guess

The wilderness is me

Because I'm as wild

As any wilderness could be

For when I look out to nature

It's intrinsically me

I'm the purveyor of nature

For it's all I see

We are the summation of creation

It's who we are

Like ants with leaves

And exploding stars

Sitting in traffic

Is tragically

The current conclusion

To "Who are we?"

But the time will come

And the day will pass

When we have naught to burn

Neither fuel nor gas

Unemployment will skyrocket

Not a job to have

We'll reset ourselves

To our forgotten past

No more carbon emissions

Simply trees and grass

Awakened from amnesia

And to the world we have
